Free Shipping on Orders over $1500
For online orders over $1500 we will ship your goods to you for free. This applies to standard-sized items only. Due to carrier limitations, oversized or extra-long items may not be eligible for residential delivery.
Where an order includes rural delivery, oversized or extra-long products, we reserve the right to ship these items to your nearest StraitNZ depot for collection. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup, and depot details will be provided.
If you require alternative delivery arrangements (such as direct-to-door or site delivery), please contact us prior to ordering for a custom freight quote.
Delivery Times
Our in-stock products are dispatched the same day/or next day depending on what time of day the item is ordered. Oversized items, dangerous goods and orders going to a rural address may take an additional 1 - 3 days to be delivered.
Urgent Deliveries
If you have a product you need urgently, please call our team before ordering to ensure we can fast track the order for you. There may be an additional freight charge for urgent deliveries.
Collect from Store
You are welcome to collect your goods from our Timaru, Christchurch or Auckland stores, just select this option at the checkout and we will have the product ready to collect the same day (providing in stock at the branch) or within 2 - 3 days if stock needs to be transferred from another branch.
Warranty
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it at no charge. Our products all come with in house warranties backed up by our suppliers.
